Honorary Membership

Honorary members are selected by the Technical Committee Board (TCB) of the ASBMAPT on the basis of meritorious service to biomedical and pharmaceutical technology. Nominations for Honorary Membership in the ASBMAPT are accepted by the Technical Committee Board (TCB). Patron

Any person who makes a lump sum donation of 10000 or more, may be conferred with the title of a patron by the TCB.
A patron shall enjoy all the privileges of a member during his / her lifetime.

Membership Fees: 10000 [One Time]

Institutional/Industry Member

Academic Institutional and Industrial Membership shall be open to the categories viz. corporate bodies engaged in the manufacture, distribution or sale of Biomedical and pharmaceutical products, machinery or ancillaries, teaching and research; institutions and associations of such bodies. The person/s so nominated should satisfy the qualifications for Membership as stated below. The nominated person/s shall enjoy all the privileges of a Member.

A person having a degree in Biomedical Sciences/Life Sciences and pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences granted by a recognised University in India or abroad.
A person possessing a diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised University in India or abroad.
A person having experience in Biomedical or Pharmaceutical Industry.
A person who has a Bachelor's or higher degree in Basic, Life Sciences and / or applied Sciences conferred by a recognised University in India or abroad.

Academic Institutional, Colleges, Training Institutes/Industrial member shall enjoy all the privileges of a member during his / her lifetime.

Membership Fees: 8000 [One Time]

Life Member

Any person, other than Patron and Honorary Member, having one or more of the following qualifications and having attained age of 21 years shall be eligible to be a Life Member of the Society. The TCB has the discretion to reject any application without ascribing any reasons.

A person having a degree in Biomedical sciences, Life Sciences, pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences granted by a recognised University in India or abroad.
A person possessing a diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised University in India or abroad.
A person who has a Bachelor's or higher degree in Basic, Life Sciences and / or applied Sciences conferred by a recognised University in India or abroad.
A person having experience in Biomedical or Pharmaceutical Industry.

Life member shall enjoy all the privileges of a member during his / her lifetime.

Membership Fees: 2,000 [One Time]

Foreign Life Member

A person staying abroad and satisfying the qualifications of Membership as given below can become a Life Member of the Society. A Foreign Life Member shall enjoy all the privileges and shall be bound by the Rules and Regulations, Bye-laws of the Society in respect of a Foreign Life Member. The TCB has the discretion to reject any application without ascribing any reasons.

A person having a degree in Biomedical, Life Sciences, pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences granted by a recognised University in India or abroad.
A person possessing a diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised University in India or abroad.
A person who has a Bachelor's or higher degree in Basic, Life Sciences and / or applied Sciences conferred by a recognised University in India or abroad.

Life member shall enjoy all the privileges of a member during his / her lifetime.

Low-Income Country: 50$

Middle-Income Country: 75$

High-Income Country: 100$

Student/Research scholar Member

A student studying in diploma / degree course in pharmacy of a recognised Institution / University can become student member of the society. The TCB at its discretion, admit a student of diploma / degree course in pharmacy of a recognised Institution / University as a student member of the society. Student member will become life member of the society after completion of their diploma / degree course, and after submitting the remaining fees to become life member of the society i.e. 1500.

The period of membership is valid for one year starting from the date of joining.

Student/Research Scholar 1500/- [Life Member]

Membership Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation Policy for Institution/Industrial Memberships: Notice needs to be given in writing within 28 days of joining. A refund will be given 50%

After 28 day notice period, no partial refunds will be given for memberships cancelled before expiration.
